Crime and Disorder:

Public Service Counter opening hours:
Monday to Saturday: 8am to 8pm
Sundays and Bank Holidays: 10am to 4pm

Emergency Number:

In an emergency, always call 999. An emergency is when:

  • there is danger to life or risk of injury;
  • a crime is in progress and the offender is still at the scene or has only just left;
  • immediate police attendence is necessary, such as when a crime is obviously about to be committed.

Non-Emergency Number:

101 is the new number to call when you want to speak to your local police to report less urgent crime and disorder and for general police enquiries. For example:

  • if your car has been stolen;
  • if your property has been damaged;
  • when you suspect drug use or drug dealing;
  • to report a minor traffic collision;
  • to give police information about crime in your area.

Homelessness and Housing:

If you require housing advice, are homeless or are threatened with homelessness the Wyre Forest District Council Housing Options service is there to help.

The service is run by Wyre Forest Community Housing who offer a full interview and advice service. For general enquiries please call them on 0800 169 5454 and for emergency out of hours help please call 01562 850053.
